Auto Launch

As you might have already noticed, a pop up appeared automatically. Elements can be configured to auto launch at page load. This feature, however, can get annoying...therefore, we can optionally configure the elements to auto launch once per session only.

Try reloading the page (using refresh button) or visit another page and come back to this one, you will notice that this popup no longer appears. However, if you close the browser and re-visit the page then popup will appear again. This is great for important information and advertisements.

Query Parameters

You can use query parameters to target specific elements within a Live Content module; for example, you may filter by page #, tags, and/or element type (videos, pictures, content, module, and/or frame)

For example, checkout the videos which have tag trailer in it. Note: we're targeting only the template driven module here...

DotNetNuke Integration

Not only all of your Live Content elements will be indexed by DNN Search, the search link will show the user precisely what he/she might be searching for. DNN Search Links will automatically launch the element; so if your user searches for a Video or Image and clicks on any of the search result, he/she will automatically be linked to "Live Content" page and the element searched for will auto launch.
