So, I'm a bit confused (of course that is nothing new :) ).  Where is the best place to post ideas for new functionality?  Here or the feedback center?  Seems to be a duplication of functionality.  Where is the best place to post?

Chad,
you would start with the forum; it provides a platform for a discussion and feasibility. Once the community agrees on a certain feature, it's rolled to Feedback Center. Hope that helps...
