Hi,
I'm trying to find a solution to get my podcasts advertised via iTunes. As far as I know iTunes does not support FLV.Â
What about an alternative file property for each flash video file and a second RSS file that is compatible with iTunes and other podcast directories? The alternative file could be in a format supported by iTunes (mov, mp4, ...)
This is a link that provides info on the format of the RSS tag.

Thanks,
Peter

I'm not really familiar with podcasting; I'll look into it one of these days when I get some time.
Does anyone else has interest in this?
I've also heard things about Talkr.com; is that something that can be useful for community?

Hi Mandeeps,
I'll develop a little command line tool that creates the XML podcast file based on the livecontent data in the database and a configuration xml file. When its finished I'll give you the source code. Then you can look into implementing this feature in a more userfriendly manner.
About podcasting actually vodcasting. iTunes integration will allow iTunes user to automaticlly download the video files and watch them in iTunes. The podcasts will also show up in the iTunes directory. Plenty of iTunes users out there.

Great,
I'll look forward to your command line tool...
