Mandeeps,

You fixed the transparency issue in Live Content with the new Optimize option. However, Slideshow is optimizing away the transparency around my images. All of my images have rounded corners, which slideshow turns to black. I can't use slideshow until this is fixed.

at this time we're struggling to find a solution that would maintain transparency while resizing the images...

We will be no longer supporting transparency until a better alternative is available in the industry. We've checked several of other image gallery modules and none of them can support transparency.

As for your rounded corners, you can simply make the background color same as your images background for the slideshow and that would work fine...take a look at our homepage for an example.

However, the background color is not working in current release (ours is fixed) for the slideshow module...so you would have to wait till next update. Sorry for the inconvenience...

I'm quiet happy with your solution in Live Content. Having the option to use the images without resizing or optimization works fine for me. Right now, I can't use Slideshow at all, because your background color doesn't work and you ignore transparency.

We'll have an update for SlideShow shortly...our development structure was not ideal for SlideShow sub module and therefore requires that you upgrade Live Content as well...primarily reason why we're holding off on releasing the update.

The develpment architecture has been changed and in future all sub modules will be independent of Live Content module upgrade process...
